P&C is here to make Simployer a place where people can learn, grow, perform and succeed together. We support the full employee journey, from the first contact with a candidate to onboarding, development, leadership support, and employee exit processes. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, we create structure, direction and consistency in how we work with people, through strong HR foundations, talent development, recruitment and coaching.
What makes our P&C team special is the balance between the strategic and the hands-on. We advise leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and change leadership, while also ensuring that the operational side “just works” behind the scenes, from HR systems and compliance to automation and process improvements. We also help strengthen our culture through initiatives like Simployeeship, where accountability to yourself, others and the business is at the core. By building direction, alignment and commitment, P&C helps Simployees and leaders move from good to great, and ultimately makes it possible for our people to deliver excellence for each other and our customers.
