At Simployer, Product & Tech work as one integrated organization. We design, build, run, and improve our products together, without silos or handovers. Our focus is on creating SaaS solutions that help organizations build better workplaces and shape how people experience work.

What we build

Our product portfolio spans HRM platforms, expert services, and learning solutions. This gives our teams a unique opportunity to build connected products that create a unified customer experience across the Simployer ecosystem. We work at the intersection of people, data, and intelligent systems, always with a clear focus on solving real customer problems.

How we work

We are organized into autonomous, cross-functional product teams made up of product managers, product designers, developers, and DevOps. Each team owns a clear capability or customer outcome end-to-end, from discovery and development to deployment and continuous improvement. We design our team boundaries deliberately, because how teams are organized shapes what they build. We build cloud-native, event-driven, distributed systems with modern web technologies, and deploy to production frequently. Quality is owned by the people who build: engineers test as part of development, supported by automation and AI. Security and scalability are built into how we work.

AI in every team

AI is not a separate team here, it's part of how every team builds. Our assistant Sia is used by customers across the Nordics, and our teams use AI daily in discovery, development, and testing. We use it pragmatically, to make better decisions and ship stronger products faster.

Ownership and growth

People at Simployer are trusted with real responsibility. Product managers have influence over direction and outcomes, and engineers are involved far beyond writing code. We measure ourselves on customer outcomes, like how quickly a new customer gets real value from what we build. We support different growth paths, whether you want to deepen your expertise, explore new technologies, or grow into leadership or architectural roles. Learning is part of everyday work.

The culture

We are around 100 people across Sweden, Norway, and Poland, with diverse backgrounds and experience. Our culture is inclusive, international, and down to earth.
