Our product portfolio spans HRM platforms, expert services, and learning solutions. This gives our teams a unique opportunity to build connected products that create a unified customer experience across the Simployer ecosystem. We work at the intersection of people, data, and intelligent systems, always with a clear focus on solving real customer problems.
How we work
We are organized into autonomous, cross-functional product teams made up of product managers, product designers, developers, QA, and DevOps. Each team owns its product end-to-end, from discovery and development to deployment and continuous improvement. We work with cloud native along modern web technologies, event-driven and distributed architectures, and deploy to production frequently. Quality, security, and scalability are built into how we work.
AI as capability, not hype
AI is an active part of both our products and our ways of working. From internal tools and workflows to AI-powered features in our customer-facing solutions, we use emerging technology pragmatically, to support better decisions, faster development, and stronger products.
Ownership and growth
People at Simployer are trusted with real responsibility. Product managers have influence over direction and outcomes, and engineers are involved far beyond writing code.
