Product Marketing Manager
Join our team as a Product Marketing Manager at Simployer!
Simployer is growing fast, our product portfolio is expanding, and we’re reaching more markets and customers every quarter. That growth comes with a clear need: product marketing that’s sharp, strategic, and rooted in real customer insight. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager.
You’re the kind of marketer who loves the moment when something complex suddenly feels obvious to a customer. You can find the sharp angle, tell the story clearly, and turn launches into real momentum. And here’s a big part of the journey ahead: we’re going all-in on AI.
AI is becoming a key part of our products and how we work. That means you’ll have room (and expectation) to experiment, automate, and scale smarter ways of doing product marketing. If you get excited about using AI to move faster and think better, you’ll feel at home here.
What we offer:
A team you actually enjoy working with: Collaborative, ambitious colleagues who value trust, learning and shared wins, and who have each other’s backs.
Room to grow (for real): We invest in your craft through close sparring, clear development paths, and the freedom to try, learn and improve.
Competitive pay, no guesswork: A strong salary and benefits package that reflects your skills and contribution.
Ownership from day one: You’ll take responsibility early and help shape how we work, and what we deliver to our customers.
An AI-forward way of working: We actively explore and adopt new AI tools to work smarter, faster and with higher quality, together.
About the role:
This is a hands-on role for a product marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll lead positioning and launches, but also roll up your sleeves to create the copy, visuals, and enablement assets that drive adoption and growth. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, stay close to the details, and deliver work that’s both strategic and ready to ship.
What you will do:
Own go-to-market for new products and features - From strategy to launch plan to messaging you’ll make sure releases land clearly and create momentum in the market.
Craft customer-led positioning and narratives - Turn real customer pains into crisp value propositions that differentiate us and make buying (and using) Simployer feel easy.
Enable Sales and Customer teams to win - Build the essentials: decks, battle cards, demo narratives, and clear “why us / why now” messaging.
Use insight and competition to keep us ahead - Track market moves, gather customer insight, and translate it into smarter launches and stronger storytelling.
Build content and campaigns that convert - Create product-led content, web messaging, and campaigns that drive demand and adoption.
Help scale our AI-powered way of working - Experiment with AI tools, automate where it makes sense, and raise the bar for how efficiently and creatively we market our products.
What you will bring to the team
3+ years in B2B SaaS product/customer marketing
A talent for turning complexity into clarity
English + Swedish or Norwegian
Comfort in the spotlight: webinars, demos, events
A maker mindset across copy, visuals, video
Real curiosity for AI and a drive to use it to raise the bar
Message from the hiring manager:
If you’re someone who likes turning complexity into clarity, thrives in collaboration, and gets excited about building the future of marketing with AI in the toolkit, I think you’ll love it here. We’re a warm, ambitious team, and we’re ready for you to bring your spark - Sally Russell, Head of Product Marketing

Thanks for applying! We review applications on an ongoing basis and assess them together with the hiring manager. If we think there is a match, we'll reach out to schedule a 30min talk with one of our recruiters. You'll always hear from us, whether you move forward or not - so hang tight!
-
Not at all, we review applications as quickly as we can, but we are only human and we like to give each application the attention it deserves. If it's been a while since you applied, we are probably working our way through applicants, but please feel free to reach out and we'll let you know the current status.

The Meet & Greet is a first conversation where we get to know each other better.
You’ll meet the hiring manager and someone from our People & Culture team. We’ll share more about the role, the team, and Simployer as a company, and we’ll ask some competence-based questions related to your experience.
There’s no need to prepare anything specific in advance. It can still be helpful to have a few real examples from your previous experience in mind, as we’re interested in how you’ve approached different situations and responsibilities.
Just as importantly, this is your opportunity to ask us questions, about the role, the team, our way of working, or Simployer in general. We want the conversation to feel open, relaxed, and mutual -
This is a relaxed first chat with one of our recruiters - no stress, no trick questions.
It’s meant to be a two-way conversation where you get to know us and the role a bit better, and we’ll ask a few questions to understand your background and what you’re looking for. No preparation needed. We’ll also touch on practical stuff like salary expectations and your notice period, so it’s a good idea to think about that beforehand. And yes, there’s time for your questions too!
Overall, we’ll keep it high level and fairly short. -
Definitely! If you tick some of the boxes and feel excited about the role, go for it 😊
We don’t expect anyone to match every requirement perfectly, we also value potential, curiosity, and learning mindset. And if you want to share what motivates you, a short personal letter is a great way to tell us why you think this role is made for you.
-
We always make sure you hear from us, whether you move forward in the process or not. If you’ve been through interviews or assessments, we aim to give meaningful feedback whenever possible. Please feel free to let us know what kind of feedback you are looking for, and we'll try our best to adapt to that. However, at the application stage we unfortunately aren’t able to provide detailed feedback to everyone.
