About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of AI-enabled HR workflows across our HRIS platform. Agentic here means workflows that act, not just assist, with appropriate human oversight built in from day one.
You will own outcomes end-to-end. You will define direction, make hard trade-offs, and ensure what we ship works in real HR contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Own a defined product area end-to-end: strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
Design and build agentic HR workflows that balance automation with human judgment, ensuring clarity in how systems behave and when human review is required.
Lead structured discovery with customers and stakeholders, translating complex HR challenges into clear, testable problem statements.
Ship thin slices, measure impact, and iterate. Establish baselines and validate direction through prototypes and incremental releases before scaling.
Align engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders around high-leverage priorities, protecting focus and creating transparency around decisions.
Be a hands-on builder, use agentic tools and workflows across your own work: research, customer interviews, synthesis, and prototype creation.
About You
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of driving measurable outcomes, not just shipping features.
Experience in a regulated or high-trust domain such as HR, finance, health, or legal.
Strong AI literacy, you use agentic tools across your entire workflow and can demonstrate it. A GitHub repo, automation scripts, or self-built prototypes are the kind of thing we want to see.
Hands-on experience building and iterating on agentic workflows, not just consuming them.
Systems thinker who can reason about how workflows, policies, roles, and integrations interact.
Strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders without being consensus-driven.
B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus, HR tech experience even more so.
