How we use AI in recruitment
Hiring is a big decision, for us and for you, and we think it deserves real attention from real people. That's exactly why we use AI in some parts of our process: not to replace the people involved, but to free them up to spend more time actually getting to know you.
Recruitment involves a lot of admin. Someone has to take notes during interviews, think through good follow-up questions, and keep track of a large and growing pool of people who've applied to us over time. AI helps our team with exactly that kind of work, so the people running your process can focus on the conversation, not the paperwork.
Here's specifically what we use AI for:
Transcribing interviews, so our team can be present with you instead of typing notes
Helping shape relevant follow-up questions, based on your answers or assessment results
Looking at our own process data, like how long different steps take, so we can keep improving
And here's what we will never use AI for: making a decision about you. AI does not score you, rank you against other candidates, or decide whether you move forward. Every one of those calls is made by a person, every time, and someone is always accountable for it.
We're telling you all this because we believe you should know exactly how you're being evaluated, and because the EU AI Act requires companies to be transparent about this kind of thing. We take that seriously, and we follow the rules and safeguards that come with it.
We also want you to know exactly where your data goes: our AI tools run within our own enterprise environment, hosted in EU/EEA data centers, and neither we nor our hosting partners ever use it to train AI models. We handle all personal data in line with GDPR, the same as everywhere else in our recruitment process.
